Cold-rolled coil work-hardens during rolling and needs heat treatment. Steelco's bell furnaces hold coils under protective atmosphere through a controlled heat-and-soak cycle that develops the grain structure for forming applications.

Pre-painted galvanised iron for construction, white goods and automotive. Galvanised substrate runs through pre-treatment, primer, topcoat and curing — colour-coated sheets that resist corrosion for decades.
Acid pickling producing HRPO feedstock
Hot-rolled coil arrives with mill scale that must be removed before cold rolling. The line passes strip through acid baths that strip the scale chemically — leaving clean, oiled steel: the HRPO product line and CR feedstock.
Cut-to-length and slitter lines
Final dimensional precision. Master coils are slit to customer-specified widths or cut to fixed sheet lengths, then edge-trimmed, packaged and palletised. This is where flat-steel production becomes Steelco's deliverable.
